Day 1: Srinagar Arrival| Local Sightseeing| Mughal Garden| Nishat Bagh| Shalimar Bagh

With a amazing flight to Srinagar, you will be met by Ladakh Ultimate Destination representative and transferred you to the houseboat or hotel and keep afternoon free for personal activities. In the evening, take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake to enjoy the sunset.We begin to explore the paradise with a half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens built during the Mughal reign in Kashmir , the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). And later to houseboat for hot lunch. In the afternoon Shikara ride on the Dal Lake would give you a pleasant feeling of being in world’s most beautiful mountains with scenic beauty around the Lake. Overnight at houseboat. 

Day 2: Srinagar to Sonamarg to Kargil Valley Via Zojila Pass 11,575ft (250km) Drass Village | The World Second Coldest Inhibitet Place

After an morning tea and sumptuous breakfast ,drive to one of the most exhilarating and beautiful drive in the world ,Srinagar to Kargil and road passes through the panoramic village to reach Sonmarg (2740 mtrs) , which follows up with lush green fields on both the sides After Sonmarg the road is mostly rough and wet to Zojila pass 3527 mtrs (Gateway of Ladakh) mostly covered with snow and the drive continue towards Drass (the second coldest inhibited place in the world) werewe stop for refreshments and passport check. Another few hours’ drive will take us to Kargil (2710 mtrs) which is our mid-way to Leh. Overnight at hotel.

Day 3: Kargil Village to Leh| Local Sightseeing | Magnetic Hill | Pathar Sahib | Sangam | Hall of fame | Spituk monastery | Lamayuru monastery | Moonland

After Breakfast leave for leh. On the way we can visit Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Sangam ,Lamayuru. The Sangam is the place called Nimu where the Zanskar River and Indus rivers merge At Sangam you can enjoy the view of confluence of two river (Indus& Zanskar River). Hall of Fame is a must visit for every patriotic Indian. It has been built by Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil war. Gurudwara Patthar Sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from Leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of Guru Nanak to commemorate his visit to this region. Magnetic Hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable. The dramatically located Lamayuru monastery and the adjoining “Moonland” hills.Lamayuru Monastery. One of the most popular and magnificent monasteries of Ladakh. It is known to be the oldest monastic establishment in Ladakh and was founded by Rinchen Zangpo in the 10th century. This Monastery is located amidst the massive mountains. The spectacular setting of this Monastery and its renowned collection of carpets, thangkas and frescoes has been attracting many people all over the world over a long time. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 4: Leh Local Sight-seen - Leh Palace / Shanti Stupa / Market

Shanti-Stupa - The Shanti Stupa reflects a unique architectural style, far different from the other Ladakhi Stupas. The first level of the Stupa houses a life-sized figure of Gautam Buddha, while the second level contains murals depicting three incidents in the Lord’s life- his birth, his death and attainment of ‘mahanirvana’, and his defeat of evil powers through meditation.Leh Palace- is a former royal palace overlooking the town of Leh, Ladakh. It was constructed circa 1600 by Sengee Namgyal .It has nine storeys high; the upper floors accommodated the royal family, while the lower floors held stables and store rooms. Much of the palace is in deteriorated condition, and little survives of its interior decorations. Overnight in Leh

Day 5: Leh to Nubra valley 135km.Via Khardong La pass 18380ft | World Highest Mortorable Road | Hunder Village | White Sand Dunes | Camel Ride Points

Early morning, leave on road to Nubra Valley via Khardongla Pass which is situated at a height of 18360 ft and considered as the highest motorable pass of the world and it is the perfect spot to capture the Mother Nature. In the afternoon, after having your lunch at some restaurant in Nubra Valley and Check in Guest House. Nubra has acquired fame for its sand dunes, the cold desert that surrounds it, Bactrian camels and its breath-taking natural beauty. Bactrian camels are another attraction. Native to the steppes of central Asia, the Bactrian camel has two humps, in contrast to the single-humped camels found in Rajasthan and other parts of India. The Bactrian camels were the main mode of transport when Ladakh was an important stopover on the Ancient trade routes with Central Asia. Evening enjoy the beauty of sand dune and double hump camel. Stay overnight at Camps/Hotel.

Day 6: Nubra to Turtuk and back to Hunder | Zero Village | Last Village | Balti Royal Heritage Meseum

Today morning after breakfast we drive to turtuk village. Turtuk is a village of in the Leh district of Jammu and Kashmir It is located in the Nubra valleyl, 80km from the Hunder , on the banks of the Shyok River. Turtuk was under Pakistan's control until 1971, after which India gained control of this strategic area. Geographically, Turtuk lies in the Baltistan Region and is one among four such villages in India, the other three being Tyakshi, Chalunkha and Thang. It is predominantly a Muslim village, and residents speak languages including Balti, Ladakhi and Urdu. Turtuk is the last outpost in India after which the Pakistan-controlled Gilgit-Baltistan begins. Turtuk is one of the gateways to the Siachen Glacier. In the evening After visiting turtuk village we are drive back to Hunder village (Nubra) . Overnight stay at Camp.

Day 7: Nubra valley to Pangong Lake(via Shayok river) | Disket Village | Disket Monastery | Maitreya Buddha Statue

Today after your breakfast you will visit the Disket Monastery. After that start your day tour of Pangong Lake via Shayok is scheduled for the itinerary. A huge statue of Buddha on top of it, the Diskit monastery is situated in the Nubra valley of Ladakh. Also known as Diskit Gompa, the Buddhist center is one of the oldest and largest monasteries in Leh Ladakh. The Diskit monastery was founded by Changzem Tserab Zangpo in the 14th century, and at present stands atop a hill above the plains of Shayok river. The prime attraction of the Diskit monastery is 100 foot high Maitreya Buddha statue, which was inaugurated by the holy Dalai Lama. From the top of the Gompa, where the divine statue is settled, one can have a panoramic view of the Nubra valley. The Pangong Lake is around 135 kilometers away from Leh and situated at an elevation of 4,400 meters. En route, cross Chang la pass and drive through Durbuk and Tangtse village situated in the Changthang region of Ladakh.In the afternoon, explore the lake and its surroundings. Day 8: Pangong Lake to Leh via changla pass 17590ft. | World Second Highest Mortorable Road |Thiksay monastery | Shey Palace | Rancho School

Early morning breakfast, you will drive back to leh via changla Pass.On the way we can visit: Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace & Rancho School. Shey Monastery – Shay Palace is situated approx. 15 km south upstream from Leh and was built 1650. It has the largest Changchup Chorten – Victory Stupa in Ladakh. The top of it is made of pure gold. Stupa is a dome shaped building erected as a Buddhist shrine and they are seen all over.. Thiksey Monastery - One of the main attractions inside the Thiksey Monastery is the Maitreya Buddha. The statue is almost two stories tall and is a splendid piece of architecture. Overnight at Hotel .

Day 9: Leh To Kelyong or Serchu 230km|:

Early morning after breakfast leave for serchu , through upshi where your drive along with Indus river, Tanglang La Pass 17,585ft, 2nd highest motorable road in the world, SkyangchuThang (Plateau on Stretch of 42 Kms), Namkeela and Lachangla Pass 16,617 ft. Overnight Serchu .
